Where do you deliver and what are the delivery fees?
Our fashion jewelry collection ships worldwide! We use SDA or Poste Italiane for Italian deliveries. Shipping is free using code "FREE" at checkout.
For international deliveries, we use registered mail.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
We require a signature upon delivery. Please adjust your shipping address accordingly or contact us at lunarcraft@outlook.it to update your order.
Why do you require a signature upon delivery?
We want to make sure your package arrives to you safely, and since we are shipping delicate fine jewelry, we want to be sure that the right person is receiving it!
Where do you ship from?
We ship mainly from Milan, Italy. We only produce in small quantities. Not because we like waitlists, but because we firmly believe in quality over quantity. For made-to-order jewels, we collaborate also with jewelers outside Europe, therefore the package could be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
How long does it take my order to ship?
Orders regarding items in stock are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. We ship from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For made-to-order jewels, please allow 14 business days for shipment. Note that, for made-to-order jewels, this value is indicative and could be subjected to changes.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your parcel and need more assistance, contact us at lunarcraft@outlook.it.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Lunar Craft Jewelry, the parcel will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable. If you have any further questions, please contact us at lunarcraft@outlook.it.
